Method

Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This allows for even cooking of the stuffed mushrooms.

2

Clean the Mushrooms

Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set aside.

Stuffing the Mushrooms

3

Prepare the Filling

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

4

Stuff the Mushrooms

Take the mushroom caps and fill each one generously with the cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure it holds.

Baking

5

Arrange and Drizzle

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the mushrooms for added flavor.

6

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

Serving

7

Serve Warm

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your stuffed mushrooms warm as an appetizer or snack!
