Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Combining Ingredients

3

Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

4

Fold Wet into Dry

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold together until just combined. Be careful not to over mix.

Add-ins and Baking

5

Add Chopped Almonds and Caramel

Fold in the chopped almonds and half of the house-made caramel sauce into the batter.

6

Pour Batter into Loaf Pan

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top.

7

Bake the Bread

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cooling and Serving

8

Cool the Bread

Once baked, remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

9

Slice and Serve

Slice the bread once it has cooled and serve as desired. Enjoy your sun-kissed banana bread!
