Preparation

1

Brew the Coffee

Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee. Use your preferred method (drip, French press, etc.) and ensure the coffee is hot.

2

Prepare the Cream

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. You can use a hand mixer or stand mixer for this.

3

Mix the Drink

In a heatproof glass or mug, combine 1 oz of Jameson Irish Whiskey, 1 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream, and 1 tsp of sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

4

Add the Coffee

Pour the hot brewed coffee (6 oz) into the glass with the whiskey and cream mixture. Stir gently to combine.

5

Top with Whipped Cream

Spoon the whipped cream on top of the coffee mixture. Make sure to leave a nice layer of cream to float on top.
