Method

Preparation

1

Mix the Base Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

2

Add Flavor Variations (Optional)

If you wish to add flavor, divide the base mixture into separate bowls. In one bowl, mix in the cocoa powder until fully dissolved. In another, stir in the fruit puree of your choice. For a tropical twist, add coconut milk to another bowl.

3

Pour into Molds

Using a funnel or a measuring cup, carefully pour the flavored mixtures into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full to allow for expansion during freezing.

4

Insert Sticks

If your molds don't come with built-in sticks, insert wooden sticks into the center of each mold.

5

Freeze the Popsicles

Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

6

Unmold and Serve

To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out. Serve immediately and enjoy!
