Method

Preparation

1

Select Oranges

Choose ripe and juicy oranges for the best flavor. Approximately 20 oranges are needed to yield enough juice for 10 servings.

2

Wash the Oranges

Rinse the oranges under cool running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

3

Juicing

Cut each orange in half and use a juicer or manual citrus press to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a large bowl or pitcher.

4

Strain the Juice (Optional)

If you prefer pulp-free juice, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into another container.

5

Sweetening the Juice (Optional)

Taste the juice. If you prefer sweeter juice, add sugar to taste. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

6

Diluting the Juice (Optional)

If the juice is too strong, you can dilute it with water. Add water gradually to reach your desired taste.

7

Chill or Serve

If you prefer your juice chilled, refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving. Otherwise, serve immediately over ice.
