Method

Cobbler Directions

1

Prepare the Blueberries

In a medium bowl, combine fresh blueberries, 1/4 cup of sugar, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. Stir gently to coat the blueberries and set aside.

2

Make the Cobbler Batter

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, funfetti cake mix, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, then fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.

3

Assemble the Cobbler

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish. Pour the cobbler batter into the prepared dish, then spoon the blueberry mixture over the top. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over the blueberries.

4

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5

Serve

Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream.
