Preparation
Chill the Prosecco
Place the bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.
Juicing the Oranges
If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice until you have 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.
Mixing
Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, pour the freshly squeezed orange juice. Open the chilled bottle of Prosecco and carefully pour it into the pitcher with the orange juice. Stir gently to combine.
Serving
Garnish and Serve
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes. Garnish with an orange slice and a mint leaf for added freshness. Serve immediately and enjoy!
