Juice Preparation

1

Make Passion Fruit Puree

Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds. Measure out 1 cup of the puree.

2

Prepare Orange Juice

Use fresh oranges to squeeze out 1 cup of pure orange juice. You can also use store-bought juice if desired, ensuring it is 100% pure without added sugars.

Mimosa Assembly

3

Combine Juices

In a large pitcher, combine the prepared passion fruit puree and fresh orange juice. Stir gently to mix the two juices together.

4

Add Prosecco

Pour the 2 cups of chilled Prosecco into the pitcher with the juice mixture. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose the carbonation.

5

Serve

Pour the fresh juice mimosa into champagne flutes or glasses. Optionally, garnish with a slice of orange or a few seeds from the passion fruit for presentation.
