Method

Prepare Peach Puree

1

Make Peach Puree

Wash the fresh peaches thoroughly. Cut them in half, remove the pits, and chop the flesh into small pieces. Blend the chopped peaches in a blender or food processor until smooth. If desired, you can strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any remaining pulp for a smoother texture.

Mix and Serve

2

Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the peach puree and pure orange juice. Stir well to mix the two ingredients thoroughly.

3

Add Prosecco

Slowly pour in the chilled bottle of Prosecco into the pitcher with the peach and orange juice mixture. Stir gently to combine without losing the carbonation.

4

Serve the Mimosa

Pour the peach mimosa into champagne flutes. For added flavor and presentation, garnish each glass with a mint leaf and a slice of peach.
