Method

Brew the Tea

1

Prepare the Water

In a large pot, bring 8 cups of fresh water to a rolling boil.

2

Steep the Tea

Once the water is boiling, remove from heat and add the black, green, and herbal tea bags. Allow them to steep for 5-7 minutes.

3

Remove Tea Bags

After steeping, remove the tea bags and discard them. Let the brewed tea cool to room temperature.

Chill the Tea

4

Flash Chill

Once the tea has cooled, pour it over ice in a large pitcher or container filled with ice cubes to flash chill it quickly.

Prepare Sweeteners and Creamers

5

Gather Sweeteners

In small bowls, set out granulated sugar, honey, agave syrup, and stevia for guests to choose from.

6

Prepare Creamers

In separate containers, pour the whole milk, almond milk, coconut milk, and heavy cream for guests to add to their tea.

Serve the Tea

7

Pour the Tea

Serve the flash-chilled tea into glasses filled with ice.

8

Customize

Allow guests to customize their tea by adding their choice of sweeteners and creamers.
