Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chipotle Cream Sauce

Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring. Bring to a gentle simmer and add salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.

2

Cook the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the gulf shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

3

Combine Ingredients

Reduce heat to medium and add the lump blue crab meat to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour the chipotle cream sauce over the seafood and gently fold to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

4

Add Cheese and Serve

Sprinkle the shredded Monterrey Jack cheese over the top and cover the skillet until the cheese melts, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions (cebollita). Serve immediately.
