Preparation Directions

1

Prepare the Tortilla Chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 10 minutes until they are crispy and slightly golden.

2

Assemble the Nachos

Remove the chips from the oven and layer the frijoles puercos over them. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top, followed by sliced jalapenos.

3

Melt the Cheese

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

4

Serve with Toppings

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Top with dollops of sour cream and guacamole. Serve immediately and enjoy!
