Preparation

Prepare the Glass

Rim your glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and then dipping it into a plate of salt. Set aside.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and pureed cactus fruit. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Assembly

Combine with Lager

Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass filled with ice. Slowly pour the Mexican lager over the top to combine.

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Cactus Juice!
