Method

Preparation

1

Combine Base Ingredients

In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and white rum. Blend on medium speed until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

2

Add Flavorings

Add the ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg to the blender. Blend again until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and the mixture is creamy.

3

Chill

Pour the coquito mixture into a large glass jar or bottle. Seal it tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

4

Serve

When ready to serve, shake the bottle gently to mix. Pour into individual glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of coconut flakes on top.
