Virgin Caesar

Experience the bold flavors of our Virgin Caesar, a tantalizing blend of zesty tomato juice, savory Worcestershire sauce, and a hint of horseradish, all perfectly seasoned with a splash of hot sauce and a dash of lemon. Garnished with a crisp celery stalk and a sprinkle of smoked paprika, this refreshing mocktail is a delightful twist on the classic, offering a burst of flavor without the alcohol. Perfect for any occasion, sip and savor the taste of a true Caesar without the buzz!

Method

Directions

1

Prepare the Patties

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add the olive oil to coat the surface.

3

Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until a nice crust forms. Flip the patties.

4

Add Cheese

After flipping, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

5

Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half. Optionally, you can toast them on the grill or in a toaster.

6

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, a cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickles. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.

7

Serve

Top with the other half of the bun, serve immediately, and enjoy your pub burger!
