Method

Prepare the Salmon

1

Season the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the fillets and season with salt and black pepper.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F or 190°C).

3

Grill the Salmon

Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Vegetables

4

Chop the Vegetables

Trim the ends of the asparagus, slice the bell peppers into strips, and slice the zucchini into rounds.

5

Grill the Vegetables

Place the prepared vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

6

Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it is bubbly.

7

Add Garlic and Lemon Juice

Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then stir in the lemon juice.

8

Finish the Sauce

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve

9

Plate the Dish

Place a grilled salmon fillet on each plate, add a serving of grilled seasonal vegetables, and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top.

10

Garnish and Enjoy

Garnish with additional parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
