Preparation

1

Prepare the Fish

Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them on a clean plate.

2

Prepare the Garlic

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Set aside.

3

Prepare Lemon Juice

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl, discarding any seeds.

Cooking

4

Season the Fish

Drizzle the olive oil over the fish fillets. Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, and chopped garlic evenly over the fillets. Pour the lemon juice over the top.

5

Cook the Fish

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the fish fillets skin-side down (if applicable) in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

6

Garnish and Serve

Remove the fish from the skillet and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving.
