In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dill, mint, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

3

Combine

Add the grated cucumber to the yogurt mixture and stir until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Naan Preparation

4

Activate the Yeast

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.

5

Make the Dough

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and yogurt. Knead until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour covered.

6

Cook the Naan

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flatbread and cook on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Brush with ghee or butter if desired.
