Prepare the Sliders

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Assemble the Sliders

Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. On the bottom half of each bun, layer corned beef, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a spoonful of sauerkraut.

Add Dressing

Drizzle a small amount of Thousand Island dressing on top of the sauerkraut.

Top and Butter

Add the top half of the bun. Melt butter in a pan and brush it over the tops of the assembled sliders.

Bake

Place the sliders on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden brown.

For Cheeseburger Sliders

Prepare the Sliders

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Assemble the Sliders

Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. On the bottom half of each bun, add a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by a slice of cheddar cheese, and some pickles.

Add Condiments

Spread ketchup and mustard on the inside of the top half of the bun.

Top and Butter

Add the top half of the bun. Melt butter in a pan and brush it over the tops of the assembled sliders.
