Prepare the Bread

Take the sourdough bread slices and place them on a cutting board.

Using a brush, evenly coat one side of each slice of sourdough bread with olive oil.

Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the oiled side of each slice.

Chop the fresh rosemary and sprinkle it over the salted and oiled side of the bread.

Toast the Bread

Place the slices on a preheated grill or toaster oven, oiled side down, and toast until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Once melted, brush the tops of the croissants with the melted butter.
