Method

Prepare the Fries

1

Cut the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

2

Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

3

Bake the Fries

Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Burger

4

Form the Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide it into two equal portions and form them into patties.

5

Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.

6

Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

7

Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns if desired. Place the cooked patty on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.
