Preparation

1

Chill the Glass

Start by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of dry vermouth, and 2 dashes of orange bitters.

3

Add Ice

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture well for about 30 seconds until it's nicely chilled and diluted.

4

Strain into Glass

Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Using a strainer, pour the mixed drink into the glass.

Garnishing

5

Add Garnish

Garnish the drink with a lemon twist by expressing the oils over the drink and dropping the twist into the glass. Add a whole olive on a cocktail pick for additional garnish.

6

Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your Citadelle cocktail!
