Method

Preparation of Beef

1

Marinate the Beef

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the beef with salt, ground pepper, and half of the ground ginger and garlic. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Chop the Onion

While the beef is marinating, peel and finely chop the onions.

Cooking Process

3

Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat the groundnut oil over medium heat until hot.

4

Cook the Beef

Add the marinated beef pieces to the skillet. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through.

5

Add Onions

Add the chopped onions to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
