Method

Shrimp Patty

1

Prepare the Shrimp

Chop the shrimp into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

2

Mix Ingredients

Add the panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onion, lemon juice, egg, salt, and black pepper to the chopped shrimp. Mix until well combined.

3

Form Patties

Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

4

Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Mango Salsa

5

Mix the Salsa

In a bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

Avocado Fries

6

Prepare the Avocado

Cut the avocado into wedges and set aside.

7

Bread the Avocado

In a bowl, beat the egg. Dip each avocado wedge into the egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt and black pepper.

8

Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated avocado wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Assembly

9

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a butter lettuce leaf, followed by a shrimp patty, a slice of tomato, pickles, and a generous spoonful of mango salsa. Drizzle with poblano avocado ranch dressing and top with the other half of the bun.

10

Serve

Serve the burgers immediately with avocado fries on the side.
