Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into patties about ¾ inch thick.

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.

Start by selecting your serving glasses. Chilled glasses work best for this refreshing drink.

Prepare the Glasses

In a large pitcher, combine the light beer and lemonade. Stir gently to mix without losing too much carbonation.

Add the fresh mint leaves to the pitcher. Use a muddler or a spoon to gently press the mint leaves to release their flavor.

Fill the serving glasses with ice cubes, about halfway full. This will keep your drink cold and refreshing.
