Method

Burger Patty

1

Prepare the Burger Patty

Season the Angus beef burger patty with salt and black pepper on both sides. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

2

Cook the Burger Patty

Place the seasoned burger patty on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Toppings

3

Prepare the Jalapeños

Slice the fresh jalapeños in half and remove the seeds if you prefer less heat. Fry them in a small pan with a little oil over medium heat until they are crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

4

Cook the Jalapeño Bacon

In the same pan, add the jalapeño bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

5

Prepare the Cream Cheese

Soften the cream cheese to room temperature for easier spreading.

6

Toast the Burger Buns

Spread butter on the cut sides of the burger buns. Toast them on the grill or in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.

7

Assemble the Burger

Spread a layer of cream cheese on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the cooked Angus burger patty on top, followed by the crispy fried jalapeños and jalapeño bacon. Drizzle with chipotle raspberry sauce and top with the other half of the bun.
