Chicken and Breading

Sandwich Assembly

Method

Chicken Preparation

1

Prepare the Chicken

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.

2

Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place flour mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika in one bowl; beaten eggs in the second; and bread crumbs in the third.

3

Bread the Chicken

Coat each chicken breast first in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

4

Fry the Chicken

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken breasts. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Dill Pickle Aioli Preparation

5

Mix the Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, dill weed, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.

Sandwich Assembly

6

Toast the Buns

Toast the burger buns in a skillet or oven until golden brown.

7

Assemble the Sandwich

Spread dill pickle aioli on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Layer with butter leaf lettuce, fried chicken breast, Swiss cheese, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

8

Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
