Method

Base spirit (choose one)

1

Select a base spirit from the list: vodka, gin, rum, tequila, or whiskey/bourbon. Each is served as one 1-shot measure (approx. 1.5 oz / 45 ml).

2

If the guest requests an additional shot, add one more shot of the same chosen spirit and note the $2.50 upcharge.

Mixers & modifiers (choose as needed)

3

Simple highball (vodka, rum, gin, tequila)

Fill a highball glass with ice (about 1 cup). Pour one shot of the chosen spirit over the ice. Top with 4 oz club soda or tonic (for gin) or 4 oz cola/ginger ale (for rum). Stir gently once to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.

4

Vodka or tequila soda with citrus

Fill a Collins or highball glass with ice. Add one shot vodka or tequila. Add 4 oz club soda and 0.5 oz fresh lime juice. Optional: 0.25 oz simple syrup for sweetness. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wheel.

5

Whiskey & mixer

Fill a rocks or highball glass with ice. Add one shot whiskey or bourbon. Top with 4 oz cola or ginger ale for a longer drink, or 4 oz club soda for a lighter option. Add a lemon twist as garnish.

6

Short cocktail (vodka/gin)

For a slightly sweeter short drink, combine one shot spirit with 0.5 oz orange liqueur and 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake 10 seconds, strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass with fresh ice, and garnish with an orange peel.

Garnish & serve

7

Choose a garnish that complements the spirit: lime for vodka/tequila/rum, lemon for gin/whiskey, orange peel for cocktails with orange liqueur. Affix the garnish to the glass or drop it in.

8

Serve immediately with a stirrer or straw. Inform the guest of the $2.50 charge if they requested an additional shot.
