Cocktail Base
Prep the glass
Chill a rocks or tall glass in the freezer for 5 minutes while you prepare the drink. Warm caramel sauce slightly if too thick (microwave 5–8 seconds).
Combine liquids
In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, add 2 oz Bird Dog Salted Caramel vodka, 3 oz cold brew coffee, 0.5 oz vanilla simple syrup, and 0.5 oz cold water if your cold brew is very concentrated. Add 2 oz of your chosen milk (whole, oat, or almond) for creaminess.
Add ice and mix
Fill the shaker with large ice cubes (about 6 cubes). Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds if you want a slightly frothy, chilled finish, or stir gently for 20 seconds if you prefer a silky texture with less aeration.
Strain and serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh large ice cubes. If you used a salted rim, be careful to keep the rim intact while pouring.
Garnish & Finish
Drizzle 1 tbsp caramel sauce over the top of the drink in a circular motion. Sprinkle a tiny pinch (about 1/8 tsp) of the remaining sea salt over the caramel to enhance the salted-caramel profile.
Optionally float 3 whole coffee beans on top as a visual garnish. Serve immediately with a straw or short cocktail spoon.
