1

Prepare glass (optional)

If you prefer a salted rim, run a lime wedge around the outer rim of a rocks or coupe glass, then dip the rim into coarse salt to lightly coat. Fill the glass with ice if serving on the rocks; if serving up, leave the glass chilled and ice-free.

2

Mix

Add 2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice and 0.5 oz simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. If making a Tito’s Greyhound-style drink, omit the lime and simple syrup and instead add 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice with the vodka.

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker becomes cold and slightly frosted.

4

Strain and serve

Strain the shaken cocktail into your prepared glass: strain over fresh ice if serving on the rocks, or fine-strain into a chilled coupe if serving up. If you’d like a spritz, top with about 1 oz club soda and briefly stir to combine.

5

Garnish

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. For a grapefruit version, garnish with a thin grapefruit slice. Serve immediately.
