Preparing the Nachos

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Layer the Chips

Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking tray.

Add Beans

Drain and rinse the black beans, then sprinkle them evenly over the tortilla chips.

Cheese Melting

Add Cheeses

Sprinkle the sharp cheddar and monterey jack cheese evenly over the chips and beans.

Melt the Cheese

Drizzle the cheese dip over the top of the nachos.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Prepare Toppings

While the nachos are baking, slice the fresh jalapeños into rings.

Top the Nachos

Once the nachos are done baking, remove them from the oven. Top them with guacamole, sour cream, fresh jalapeños, and pickled jalapeños.
