Prepare the Salad Mixture
Chop the Vegetables
Dice the tomatoes, red onion, and zucchini into small pieces. Chop the roasted eggplant into bite-sized cubes. Place all the chopped vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
Add Fresh Basil
Rinse the fresh basil leaves under cold water, pat them dry, and then chop them finely. Add the chopped basil to the mixing bowl with the other vegetables.
Mix with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Pour the balsamic vinaigrette over the chopped vegetables and gently toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Top the Baguette Slices
Once the salad mixture has chilled, remove it from the refrigerator. Spoon the chilled salad mixture generously onto the grilled baguette slices.
Serve
Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and enjoy immediately as an appetizer or light meal.
