Method

Preparation of Meat

1

Prepare Smoked Brisket

Slice the smoked brisket into thin pieces and set aside.

2

Cook Sausage Patties

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Cooking Eggs and Hash Browns

3

Cook Eggs

In the same skillet, add a bit of butter. Crack the eggs in the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side-up, over-easy, etc.). Season with salt and black pepper. Remove and keep warm.

4

Prepare Hash Browns

In the same skillet, add more butter if needed. Add hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Toasting Bread

5

Toast Texas Toast

In a toaster or on the skillet, toast the slice of Texas toast until golden brown on both sides.

Assembly

6

Plate the Breakfast

On a large plate, arrange the smoked brisket, cooked sausage patties, hash browns, and eggs. Serve with the toasted Texas toast on the side.
