In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and beat them using a whisk or fork until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

Beat the Eggs

Using a cheese grater, shred the cheddar cheese and set it aside.

Grate the Cheese

Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.

Heat the Pan

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Let them cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes, then gently stir with a spatula.

Cook the Eggs

When the eggs begin to set but are still slightly runny, sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add Cheese and Season

Continue to cook the eggs, gently stirring, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked. This should take about 2-3 more minutes.

Start by dicing the country ham, onion, and jalapeños. Set aside in separate bowls for easy access.

Prepare the Ingredients

In a large bowl, crack the eggs. Add salt and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined and slightly frothy.

In a large non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and jalapeños. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent and softened.

Cook the Vegetables

Stir in the diced country ham with the onions and jalapeños. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the ham is heated through.

Pour the beaten eggs over the sautéed mixture in the skillet. Cook without stirring for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the eggs to set on the bottom.

Once the eggs start to firm up but are still slightly runny on top, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the omelet.

Using a spatula, carefully fold the omelet in half. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through.

Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with additional jalapeños or herbs.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion (if using) and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the chopped tomato and bell pepper (if using) and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.

In a bowl, crack the 4 large eggs and add salt and black pepper. Whisk together until the mixture is uniform in color.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and heat over medium-low heat. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet, tilting the pan to ensure even coverage. Allow the eggs to cook without stirring for about 3-4 minutes until the edges start to set.

Once the omelette has set, sprinkle the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over one half of the omelette. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the vegetables.

Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling using a spatula. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese begins to melt and the inside is fully cooked.

Wash and chop the spinach and cherry tomatoes. Set them aside for later use.

When the edges of the omelette start to lift away from the pan, use a spatula to carefully fold the omelette in half. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork and ground beef. Use your hands or a spatula to mix thoroughly until evenly combined.

To the meat mixture, add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, sage, and thyme. Mix well until all spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

Slowly add the cold water to the mixture while continuing to mix. This will help to keep the sausage moist and improve the texture. Ensure the mixture is well combined and has a slightly sticky consistency.

Incorporate Water

Divide the sausage mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties, links, or any desired shape. Make sure they are uniformly sized for even cooking.

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Add the sausage patties or links to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) and the sausage is browned.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of sugar, and 2 tsp of instant yeast. Mix well.

Prepare the Dough

In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water. Heat until warm (not hot). Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients along with 1 stick of softened unsalted butter.

Mix until a dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

While the dough is rising, take 2 sticks of unsalted butter and soften them at room temperature. Once soft, shape the butter into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick, wrapping it in parchment paper and chilling it in the refrigerator.

Prepare the Butter Layer

After the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll it out into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

Place the chilled butter rectangle in the center of the dough. Fold the dough over the butter, sealing the edges to encase the butter.

Roll the dough out to a large rectangle again and fold it into thirds like a letter. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Repeat this rolling and folding process two more times.

After the final chill, roll the dough out one last time. Cut it into triangles and roll each triangle from the base to the tip to form croissants. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together 1 large egg and 1 tbsp of milk to create an egg wash. Brush the mixture over each croissant.

Cover the croissants with a clean kitchen towel and let them rise for about 30-45 minutes until puffed.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the croissants for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen tater tots evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through for even cooking.

In a non-stick skillet, crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until the whites are set and yolks are cooked to your liking. Remove from heat.

If using Texas toast, toast the slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. If using biscuits, cut them in half and lightly toast them in a skillet (optional).

Toast the Sandwich Base

Place a slice of American cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit or Texas toast. If using, add the cooked egg and then top with two slices of cooked bacon. Cover with the top half of the biscuit or Texas toast.

Assemble the Sandwiches

Once the tater tots are done baking, serve them alongside the breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy your delicious breakfast!

Rinse the strawberries and blueberries under cold water in a colander. Shake off excess water.

Wash the Fruits

Peel the kiwis using a vegetable peeler and slice them into rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference.
