Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Prep cocktail

Fill a highball or pint glass with large ice cubes until about three-quarters full.

2

Mix

In the glass (or a mixing glass/shaker if you prefer stirring), pour 2 oz Deep Eddy Vodka and 5 oz Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix. Add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 0.5 tsp prepared horseradish, 2 dashes Tabasco, 1 tsp celery salt, and finish with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir gently but thoroughly for 10–15 seconds to combine and chill without overly diluting.

3

Taste and adjust

Taste the cocktail and adjust heat or seasoning as desired: add another dash of Tabasco for more heat, a pinch more celery salt for savoriness, or a splash more lime for brightness. Stir again if adjusted.

Garnish & Rim

4

Rim the glass (optional)

If rimming, rub the lime wedge around the outer rim of the glass. Combine 1 tsp celery salt and 1 tsp coarse salt on a small plate. Dip the rim into the salt mixture to coat evenly.

5

Assemble garnish

Skewer one pickled green bean and two pitted green olives on a cocktail pick (or place them separately). Place the lime wedge on the rim or drop it into the drink per preference.

6

Finish

Place the garnish on the glass, give the drink one final gentle stir to settle, and serve immediately.
