Cocktail

1

Prepare glass

Fill a large highball glass or hurricane glass with crushed ice or ice cubes and set aside to chill while you mix.

2

Combine spirits and juices

In a cocktail shaker, add the Mount Gay Eclipse rum (1 oz), Blue Chair banana rum (1 oz), orange juice (2 oz), pineapple juice (2 oz), fresh lime juice (0.5 oz), and simple syrup (0.25 oz) if using.

3

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosty.

4

Strain into glass

Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over the ice. If you prefer, pour directly from the shaker to leave some crushed ice in the glass for texture.

5

Top with Chambord floater

Using the back of a bar spoon or pouring gently over the surface, float 0.5 oz Chambord on top of the drink. The Chambord will sink slightly and create a layered appearance and a berry aroma.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with an orange wheel or pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry if desired. Serve immediately with a straw and a stirrer so the guest can mix the Chambord into the drink if they like.
