Build & Mix
Combine liquids
Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass halfway with fresh ice. Add 3 oz silver rum and 1 oz black rum.
Pour in 2 oz fresh orange juice, 2 oz pineapple juice, and 0.5 oz grenadine. If using, add 0.25 oz fresh lime juice and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters for balance.
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted. If using a mixing glass, stir for about 12–15 seconds and then strain over fresh ice.
Serve
Fill a tall (Collins) glass or double old-fashioned glass with fresh ice (about 1 cup). Strain the mixed punch over the ice.
Garnish with an orange wheel or wedge and a maraschino cherry. Optionally, float a small additional 0.25 oz of black rum on top for a layered appearance by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon.
Serve with a straw and enjoy. Stir once before drinking to integrate any floated rum.
