Prepare the Watermelon

Cut the watermelon into small cubes, removing the seeds if necessary. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.

Strain the Watermelon Juice

Pour the blended watermelon through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl or pitcher to extract the juice. Discard the pulp.

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the green tea bags. Allow them to steep for about 5 minutes.

After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in the honey and lemon juice until dissolved.

Combining Ingredients

Mix the Tea and Watermelon Juice

In the pitcher with the watermelon juice, add the prepared green tea mixture. Stir well to combine.

Tear the mint leaves and add them to the mixture. Stir gently.
