2 oz Don Julio 1942 Tequila1 oz Fresh lime juice1/2 oz Agave Syrup1/2 oz Orange Liqueur (like Cointreau or Grand Marnier)1 piece Lime Wheel (for garnish)to taste Salt (for rimming the glass)

Preparation Steps

Prepare the Glass

Begin by rimming your glass with salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge along the rim of the glass, then dip the rim into a plate of salt to coat it evenly.

Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, add the Don Julio 1942 tequila, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and orange liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
