Method

Preparing the Salmon

1

Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

2

Coat the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preparing the Vegetables

3

Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, prepare the seasonal vegetables. In a large bowl, toss asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling

4

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

5

Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.

6

Grill the Vegetables

After the salmon is done, add the prepared vegetables to the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

7

Plate the Dish

Once everything is cooked, remove the salmon and vegetables from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables.

8

Garnish (Optional)

You may garnish with fresh herbs or lemon wedges if desired.
