Pasta

Method

Prepare the Pasta

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables

2

Heat Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

3

Cook Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

4

Add Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté the vegetables for approximately 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until they are tender but still crisp.

Combine and Serve

5

Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the olive oil and mixed with the vegetables.

6

Season

Season with salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss again to combine.

7

Garnish

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh basil. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
