Method

Dip Preparation

1

Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before chopping.

2

Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

3

Add Spinach and Artichokes

Fold in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

4

Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Focaccia Preparation

5

Prepare Focaccia

While the dip is baking, slice the focaccia bread into wedges. Brush each piece with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh rosemary, if using.

6

Bake Focaccia

Place the focaccia wedges on a baking sheet and bake for the last 10 minutes of the dip's baking time, just until golden and warm.
