Preparation Directions

1

Brew the Tea

In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the black tea leaves and cinnamon stick, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

2

Strain the Tea

After simmering, strain the tea into a large mixing bowl or pitcher to remove the tea leaves and cinnamon stick.

3

Mix Ingredients

Stir in the maple syrup and fresh orange juice into the brewed tea. Mix well until the syrup is fully dissolved.

4

Add Bitters

Add 5 dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixture and stir gently.

5

Serve

Pour the drink into glasses and serve warm or chilled, as preferred. Garnish with an additional cinnamon stick or orange slice if desired.
