Method

Cooking the Main Meal

1

Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the bacon slices. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through. Once cooked, transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

2

Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3

Scramble the Eggs

In the same skillet used for bacon (remove excess grease if necessary), add 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium-low heat, gently stirring with a spatula until the eggs are fluffy and fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes.

4

Toast the Bread

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown. You can use a toaster or place them in the skillet with a little butter until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.

5

Add Cheese (optional)

If desired, sprinkle cheese over the scrambled eggs just before they are finished cooking. Let it melt slightly before serving.

Preparing the Fruit

6

Slice the Banana

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.

7

Wash the Berries

Rinse the berries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
