BBQ Pork Ribs Ingredients

Method

BBQ Pork Ribs Directions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Make the Rub

In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create a rub.

3

Season the Ribs

Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

4

Prepare for Baking

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

5

Bake the Ribs

Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

6

Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the top layer of foil, and brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.

7

Broil for Finish

Increase the oven temperature to high broil. Place the ribs back in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.

8

Serve

Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, cut into portions, and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
