Cocktail Preparation
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Bully Boy Cooperative #1 Rum, pineapple juice, and ice cubes. Shake well until chilled.
Strain and Combine
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with Ginger Beer
Pour the Goslings Ginger Beer over the top of the mixture in the glass.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
