Prepare the Lobster

Cook the Lobster

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Once boiling, add the lobster tails and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they are bright red. Remove from water and let cool.

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Once cooled, slice the lobster tails down the middle and gently pull the meat out to chill in the refrigerator.

Make the Salsa

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together sakura herbs, Dijon mustard, olive oil, red onion, minced garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble the Dish

Plate the Salad

On a serving plate, arrange the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.

Add the Lobster

Place the chilled lobster meat on top of the greens and generously spoon the sakura herb mustard salsa over the lobster.
