Prepare the Fruits

Dice the mango, pineapple, kiwi, and strawberries into small uniform pieces (brunoise). Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Sauce

In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, lime juice, and finely chopped mint leaves until well combined.

Combine

Pour the honey-lime mixture over the diced fruits and gently toss to coat evenly.

Chill and Serve

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled in individual dessert bowls.
