Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Gelatin

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over the water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.

2

Dissolve the Gelatin

After blooming, microwave the gelatin for about 10-15 seconds or until fully dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly.

3

Blend the Base

In a blender, combine the passion fruit pulp, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

4

Incorporate Gelatin

While the blender is running, add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture and blend for an additional 10 seconds.

5

Whip the Cream

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

6

Combine Mixtures

Gently fold the whipped cream into the passion fruit mixture until well combined and smooth.

7

Chill the Mousse

Pour the mousse into serving cups or a large dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

8

Garnish and Serve

Before serving, garnish each mousse with fresh passion fruit pulp. Enjoy!
