Preparation

1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Prepare Pears

Wash the pears thoroughly, then cut them in half lengthwise and remove the cores.

3

Prepare Ginger

Peel and finely chop or grate the fresh ginger.

Roasting

4

Toss Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the pear halves, chopped ginger, honey, ground cinnamon, and olive oil. Toss until the pears are well coated.

5

Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the pear halves cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6

Roast Pears

Roast the pears in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized.

Serving

7

Prepare Passion Fruit

While the pears are roasting, cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.

8

Serve

Once the pears are done roasting, remove them from the oven. Plate the roasted pears and drizzle with the passion fruit pulp. Optionally, garnish with chopped mint leaves before serving.
